L'idea era di scrivere un report sulla festa, sulla gente, su quello che si è mangiato e quello che si è detto, ma si sa che spesso le intenzioni non bastano...

Ho quindi deciso di postare il menù e alcune foto, godeteveli così...

1. fettine di zucca, baccalà marinato, broccolo lesso, erba cipollina, olive nere, menta e basilico

2. green tomatoes, chicory and scrambled eggs

3. potatoes, stewed tomatoes, smoked herring, robiola, basil, mint and chives

4. potatoes, salmon, cottage cheese, hot peppers, broccoli and lemon zest

5. boiled cauliflower, cream of cauliflower, roasted cauliflower, mint, thyme, Parmesan, nutmeg and edible daisies (pizza cabbage)

6. cream of beans, salmon, raw tomatoes, basil, lemon zest and thyme

7. rosemary focaccia

It also side-pizzas-there:
8. green tomatoes, cream of beans, basil, mozzarella and smoked herring and
9. peppers, tomatoes, onions and basil (Puglia).


Side "not salty pizza" we have prepared:

11. miniquiche (with mushrooms, leeks, corn, and onions);
12. rice balls and bonsai

for desserts instead ...


14. cones with milk chocolate ganache

15. chocolate mousse cups and eggnog

16. brownies with fudge, whipped cream and Italian meringue

17. profiterol

18. tart berries

19. mini lemon pie

20. truffles

21. cream puffs (chocolate, eggnog, cream or coffee)

And also ...
22. cups of toffee and chocolate mousse;
23. flowers of apple (apple tart with cinnamon and cloves in custard);
24. canestrelli ricotta;
25. cornstarch cookies filled with chocolate ganache;
26. teaspoons mou;
27. teaspoons sponge cake, chocolate cream and Italian meringue;
28. cannelé rum and orange peel

Behold, I have not forgotten anything, this is what we ate.
